Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage
- In the original packaging
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel or swimwear unless faulty. This includes certain tops from our collections.
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Initiate your return request within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request” and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Wait for approval – Our Nottingham-based customer service team will respond within 24 hours (on business days) with return instructions and your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible, including all tags and labels.
- Ship your return to our Nottingham facility within 5 days of receiving your RMA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
Exchange Policy
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
- Exchanges are subject to availability – if your desired size/color is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead
