Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50): Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: We currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and certain remote regions. During checkout, you’ll see if we deliver to your location.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Clozurely purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our hassle-free returns process makes it easy to exchange or return items.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they meet these conditions:

  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel or swimwear unless faulty. This includes certain tops from our collections.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Initiate your return request within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with:
    • Subject line: “Return Request”
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
  2. Wait for approval – Our Nottingham-based customer service team will respond within 24 hours (on business days) with return instructions and your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible, including all tags and labels.
  4. Ship your return to our Nottingham facility within 5 days of receiving your RMA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error

Exchange Policy

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If the exchange item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
  • Exchanges are subject to availability – if your desired size/color is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item:

  • Include photos of the issue and your order details
  • We’ll arrange a free return label and expedite your replacement or refund
